Streamline training new employees

As with many companies, for as long as we have been in business, we have trained new employees in person. Since logistics has such a high turnover rate, these training events are a recurring theme at our company depending on the season, from once a week to once a month. This usually results in a team of human resource heads in addition to a pair of supervisors working with new employees to ensure the trainees can perform their job effectively.
